What information we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, your email address, the type of inquiry you select and the content of your message.

We do not ask for health information through this website. Please do not send personal medical details through the contact form.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits using Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not place cookies on your device and does not identify individual visitors. The website remembers on your own device that you have closed the investigational device notice, and your accessibility and subtitle choices, so that you do not have to set them again. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Your information is handled by Restore Medical staff and by service providers acting on our instructions: Cloudflare, which hosts this website, Web3Forms, which delivers contact form messages to our email, and Microsoft, which provides our email service. These providers may process information outside Israel, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward. [To be completed before launch: retention period.]

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or to have it deleted, by writing to info@restoremedical.co.
